I love this quilt. I first saw the pattern on Mereth's blog - www.artfulsister.blogspot.com. She had a tutorial of the pattern and I knew I had to make it. I would get up every morning at 5:00 so I could sew for an hour before work. By the end of harvest (Nov.) I had the top done. I still haven't quilted it because I haven't decided whether to do it by hand or by machine.
One never knows how we may make an impression on someone else's life, Mereth has made quite an impression on mine. Thanks Mereth so much for posting your wonderful quilts, you are an artist in my eyes.

That pattern caught my eye too, but it's been put in a folder for someday. That's a pretty thick folder! Yours turned out beautiful, I can't wait to hear how you quilt it. It does scream to be quilted by hand, doesn't it?
Oh, Carol! I love it . . . have to add another one to my list! I keep rolling the CC mystery over in my mind, after seeing yours. Just can't decide on a colorway.
I'm thrilled to bits that you made this quilt, thankyou for posting a picture. I love the fabrics you've used, and the plaid in the border. Have fun quilting it, whichever way you choose. If you lived closer I'd say "Send it to us!"
The maverick stars is really cute too, keep up the Show and Tell, I'm enjoying it.
What a wonderful quilt!
I just LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this one! Mereth's things are so beautiful aren't they!
