Nothing much to report here, haven't been working on my Mystery quilt, too many customer quilts to get quilted. The year is finally settling into a nice routine, I enjoy routine, and it is time again to start working on baby quilts for the Quilting Ministry at church. This quilt I started a while ago and for some reason I thought about it and dug it out this morning and hung it up so it would be visible and a reminder to finish it. It was in McCall's magazine and this is where I ended it. I don't like the huge finished quilt that shows in the magazine so I thought I would add a border to this, put the antenae's on the butterflies and call it done.
Has anyone made this quilt? I would love to see pictures!
It is supposed to be in the low teens here in the midwest for the next few days. I would love to stay home and just quilt, but alas I need to work to pay for all that fabric that is calling to me. Stay warm and happy quilting!!!!!!

Cute quilt..looks like Valentines.
Looking forward to seeing what you come up with. BRRRR and I'm leaving here for that! Hope to at least see some snow while I am there.
Oh that quilt is just darling - I love sweet things like that.
OH - forgot to ask - which issue was that quilt in - I'd love to make one too.
oh how PRECIOUS! I haven't made it, BUT if you could share the month/year that it was published, I would be interested in making it. It might be a perfect pattern for a graduation quilt for my babysitter. THANKS!
Happy COLD Monday! We're in winter wind-chill advisory for the next 24 hours----some are saying windchills dipping to -50's, but....??? that may be exaggeration?
A lovely quilt - a simple border and binding is all it needs. Love your DD button - first time i've seen one!

I think it's beautiful and it also reminds me of valentines day. Especially those little valentine heart candies that you see. Maybe you'll have it done by February so you can decorate with it.
Such a pretty quilt. I have not seen it done, but I like the way the ribbons turn with the light color underneath. I agree that a simple border is all it needs. It would be adorable with a scalloped border. I have yet to try one, but I keep thinking about how cute they are.
Very pretty! Good idea hanging it out so you can't ignore it anymore...lol
Hi there ~ I was doing a bit of blog browsing this afternoon, and ran across your site. Love this quilt...very romantic and cozy looking. Hope you can finish it soon but in the meantime, what a great idea to hang it.
