Happy Birthday Hubby!

Today is my hubby's birthday! We are now the same age, and I never hear the end of that fact! :D I don't have a pix of my honey on this computer so I will substitute a picture of the bear he got in Canada a year ago and had stuffed. Our house is not really big so this fella stands in the corner of our bedroom, along with deer heads, stuffed fish and pheasants. It took me a long time to get used to these animals and I would still rather they could roam free without the threat of being shot and then mounted, but this is what my hubby likes to do so he puts up with all my fabric and quilts and I put up with the zoo in the bedroom. :D

Happy Birthday Dennie! I have to say, you are much braver than I am to have all of those "dead" animals staring at you. I think it'd creep me out too bad!

You couldn't talk him into a rug could you? I think I could have a lot of fun with that bear. I'd decorate him for the holidays...you know a string of lights in his hands and a santa hat for christmas, then a new years hat, and easter basket at easter, a picnic basket in the summer....oh yeah....I'd get a lot of milage out of him!

Wow, I'm glad that DH isn't the bear! :) I could not sleep with that watching me!

I don't know if I could sleep with the bear watching either, but decorating it does seem like the thing to do. Surprise DH for his birthday!

I believe I would have put my foot down about a bear in my bedroom. Your a better woman than I am.

If someone had a contest as to the weirdest thing in the bedroom, you would surely win. LOL.

I'm lucky that my DH has an office where all the stuffed animals and fish go. We decorated his office around them and they look great there. I have a collection of vintage deer planters as decorations in our bedroom (glad the stuffed ones have their own room)!

Oh, yes - Happy Birthday to your DH.
