Quick Quilt
The last time my daughter was home for a visit she was telling me about the Grandmother of one of her friends. She thinks alot of her and was wondering if I would make her a lap quilt. I told her to pick out the fabrics and a pattern and I would see what I could do. By the end of the evening the blocks were made. A few weeks have gone by since then and with hubby out of the house for the evening I decided to get this lap quilt put together. I love how it turned out and I know the recipient will too!

Someone asked my husband what I did with all the quilts I make. My husband said, "She gives them away!"
Don't you just love giving quilts away. It's like wrapping someone in a big hug.
This quilt is gonna make that grandma real happy.;D
People ask me, also, what I do with all my quilts. I also give them away. What a wonderful gift.
Busy, busy, busy. Look at all the gorgeous creations you've made in the last 3 days. Well done! That spring tulip fabric looks butter-soft.
I hope your daughter takes a photo of that grandmother with her surprise quilt, when it's done. I'd love to see the smile that I know will be on her face. What a special gift you're making, and great memories for all involved.
Cute as can be...she'll LOVE it!
