Little Baskets

Today I tried my hand at making the little baskets for my "Tisket a Tasket My Christmas Baskets" quilt. I got off to a rough start, but with the help of my quilty friend "Carol" from southern Indiana, I am getting along much better and am now enjoying making these little beauties. They go really fast and with them being so small they are a great portable take along block.

Thanks to all you bloggers out there for the inspiration to even try these! :D

A great take-along project and you'll be so pleased with the assortment of baskets as you go along. Keep stitching!

Cute, Cute, Cute. Applique is always a great take along as long as you don't get car sick. (hee hee) How big are you making this?

Your little baskets are looking great. I've seen several of those out there, is it some sort of block of the month? It is nice to have a carry along project to work on.

You are progressing nicely with the basket blocks. And good that you have a friend who could guide you along the way.
