Just Had To Do It!
Yes, I just have to do it! I keep looking at Bonnie Hunter's "Blue Ridge Beauty" and I just have to get started on it. I have alot of blue scraps sitting around, I really need to get some of my fabric sorted by color, and so I thought now is the time to start using some of these up. So I started cutting this afternoon. I also put a friends quilt in my Gammill and so when I get tired of quilting I can sit down and sew little pieces together.
I am not going to get in a hurry on this one. Just going to take my time and do some sorting of scraps along the way. Who know what treasures I might find that I have forgotten about. :D

Sounds like a fun plan...sometimes we all do get in too be of a rush to sit and enjoy the process.
How fun to be starting a new quilt! I bet you use up a lot of stash and scraps!!
You can't resist Bonnie's quilts, can you? :o) Lovely fabrics!
Oh yayyyy! Good for you to have a couple "outlets" depending your mood at the time.
The Blue Ridge Beauty is a great L/E; going on two years for me, I think! Knowing you, you'll finish yours before I do mine. ;0)
I love Bonnie Hunter quilts too. Where did you get her pattern for Blue Ridge Beauty? Is it in one of her books? I'm excited to see your quilt as you go!
I keep looking at that one to. I have tons of blue and neutral scraps. Can't wait to see yours.
