It is Sunday again and I don't understand where this last week has gone to?
I have had a customer quilt that I had almost all quilted when there was a problem with the fabric that was used in the quilt. Needless to say I have been ripping out all the quilting this last week in the evenings and all this weekend. Good thing there was basketball to watch. I had to call and tell my customer about it and she agreed never to use this particular fabric ever again. Taking a break to rest my scissor hand I put together the center of my "Crabapple" quilt to help my sanity and to feel like I was making some progress on something.
Hopefully I will get the next steps done to this quilt in the coming week, that is if I get all my ripping done. :D Wish me luck!

Time has been flying for me too. I love the trees, you've done a wonderful job with them.
It is amazing how fast the days fly. The crabapples are looking fabulous.
Would you be willing to say what fabric it is and what the issue is with it?
Awwww, hate those times I have to rip.
Wow, good luck on the ripping - that really stinks. But your crab apple quilt looks wonderful!
I have such a hard time remembering what day it is, and you are right, the weeks just seem to fly by!
Hope your ripping goes quickly, for your sake! :o)
Your Crabapple quilt is fantastic! I love that it is scrappy, but for the sashing, you kept it organized with the same fabrics. Great job!
It is true the older you get the faster the time goes by.
Oh Carol!!! How truly unfortunate and frustrating, but I too have used fabric that has been a PAIN to quilt; stitches skip right over it.
Crabapple is looking great! I just received my B.Hunter book; I didn't realize it was a L-n-E pattern.
LOVE IT!
That is a great looking quilt. I agree, time passes so quickly. Are we getting old? The old saying "So much fabric and so little time" definitely applies to me.
Love your crabapples!
Good luck with the ripping!
Your quilt is awesome! Perfect for this time of year. ENJOY!
Your crabapples quilt is gorgeous. Hope it doesn't take long to finish ripping out the customer quilt. That doesn't sound like fun!
